Competitive Salary:

  • Training and daytime shifts: Β£12.65 per hour
  • Evenings and night shifts: Β£16.44 per hour
  • Weekend shifts: Β£18.34 per hour

Working Patterns: Part Time: 30/24/18 hours per week. Start date: From May 2026 onwards.

Our NHS 111 teams are there when people need urgent help, offering safe, compassionate advice day and night.

As a 111 Health Advisor you will:

  • Answer calls from patients who need urgent medical help or advice.
  • Use the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms and determine the next steps.
  • Provide reassurance, clear information and advice for safe patient outcomes.
  • Bring empathy, patience and professionalism to every call.
  • Make a difference with every conversation in this fast-paced, rewarding role.
