As an Urgent Care Administrator, you will:
- Support the smooth running of urgent care services and the community virtual ward
- Ensure timely patient enrolment and maintain accurate records and data systems
- Assist with patient feedback, incidents, and complaints, ensuring effective tracking and resolution
- Work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to support governance and service delivery
- Provide general administrative support, including meetings, communications, and reporting
- Contribute to a safe, efficient service through attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality care
