Human Resources Advisor – 6 Months Maternity Cover Embark on an exciting new chapter as a Human Resources Advisor with DHU Healthcare! As a Human Resources Advisor, you will support the People & Culture Team in delivering a comprehensive, consistent and professional service to our customers in line with our CARE values and behavioural framework. Providing proactive, professional, and consistent employee relations advice and guidance. A key focus will be on maintaining accurate and consistent data, communication and escalation where required. Providing expert advice and guidance for key employee relations projects such as, but not limited to; TUPE, Management of Change (MOC), and internal and external audits. Location: Derby What DHU can offer you: Working Patterns: We recognise that 9-5 doesn\’t work for everyone, so we have a range of working patterns available to suit your work/life balance.Our friendly team will work with you to find the best fixed pattern for us both.
