As a UEC Receptionist/Administrator you will:

  • Be the welcoming, professional first point of contact for patients and visitors.
  • Manage appointments, patient records and administrative processes accurately.
  • Support clinicians and operational staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle enquiries and provide information in a calm, compassionate manner.
