Due to the expansion of our organisation, our IT & Telecoms Department are recruiting an IT 2nd level Technician. The role will be primarily focused on delivering 2nd / 3rd line support and operational maintenance across all technologies employed by DHU, working closely with 3rd party partners to resolve incidents and problems.
Working as part of a shift rota providing on-site IT services 7 days a week including bank holidays and as part of an on-call rota. The role will be primarily focused on managing, maintaining, troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to end user desktop, end user infrastructure environment, fixed telephony and mobile telephony equipment at DHU location throughout the East Midlands.
Cover for 1st line support duties will also be undertaken when there are no other IT staff available.
