About Stealth
Stealth is a Nightclub based in Nottingham which for the past 17 years has relentlessly showcased the very best in forward thinking music. We have welcomed many of the world’s biggest DJs/artists to the club; and in addition to our regular club shows we have also hosted larger parties at venues such as Rock City as well as outdoor festivals in Wollaton Park.
Job Purpose
We are looking to recruit Bar Staff to work at Stealth with bar and cocktail experience with leadership qualities. The purpose of the role is to help the venues maximize turnover by good customer service, bar skills and good knowledge of products. Emphasis will be on service standards, health & safety and food/beverage training and development.
The successful candidate will…
- Be an excellent bartender with proven experience
- Have a passion for live music and the venues they work in.
- Possess proven organisational, presentation and communication skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative without supervision
- Ensure the venue is operating at a safe and excellent level of service through bar and compliance procedures.
- Provide support to the venue general manager, assistant duty manager and shift supervisor during the shift.

- Serving drinks to customers during a shift

- Checking toilets
- Maintaining Health and Safety during a shift
- Maintaining Hygiene levels while working on the bar

Please be advised that this post requires a mixture of daytime, evening (including late night) and weekend shifts.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in training in a bar / nightclub environment is preferred, however full training will be provided.
