Dhollandia, the market leading tail lift manufacturer, are seeking to fill the following role.
The sales area to be covered will be dependent on the location of the successful applicant and a potential restructuring of the existing sales areas.
You must show a strong understanding of the UK transport and distribution industry with a solid technical background and an understanding of Trucks & Trailers, tail lifts, their systems and applications. Someone already selling into the bodybuilding / trailer building market would be an ideal candidate. We are looking to strengthen our commercial activities within this area.
The essential duties, tasks, and responsibilities include:
- Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and develop a trusted advisor relationship with them.
- Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities and must be proficient in the use of software packages such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Publisher.
- Demonstrate strong account management and relationship building skills with clients and provide high standards of customer service on an ongoing basis.
- Exhibit confidence and foresight in soliciting for new businesses, maintaining existing business, and reactivating old accounts.
- Provide information on general market activities and up-to-date information relating to customer activities as required.
- Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with other members of the sales teams to ensure attainment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
