Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef and Kitchen Team in providing an effective service in all food outlets for external and internal customers.
- Work to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction
- Supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Support, train and develop junior chefs in the team
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature

- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the manager
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
