About the Role

As a Commis Chef, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You’ll work closely with our senior chefs, learning new techniques, supporting daily service, and contributing to the creation of beautifully presented dishes.

  • Preparing fresh ingredients to a high standard
  • Cooking and presenting dishes in line with hotel recipes and expectations
  • Ensuring food quality, taste, and temperature meet our standards
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness across all kitchen areas
  • Using kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Supporting the team with creativity, precision, and a positive attitude
