We are currently recruiting for a Night Manager to lead the team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club. Tudor Park Country Club, part of Delta Hotels by Marriott, is a leading hotel, leisure, and golf resort set within 200 acres of beautiful parkland in Maidstone. With an 18‑hole championship golf course, modern leisure facilities, stylish dining spaces, and 120 contemporary bedrooms, we deliver exceptional guest experiences day and night.

As Night Manager, you will find yourself right in the heart of things. You will assist the Front Office Manager in leading the team on nights, ensuring that our guests are greeted with a warm welcome the minute they walk through the door and ensure a safe and secure environment overnight for both guests and associates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day front desk operation overnight, ensuring procedures are adhered to and policies are followed.
  • Ensure that night audit procedures are completed and any discrepancies rectified.
  • Process any check‑in and check‑outs, arrange alternative accommodation for guests should an overbooking situation arise.
  • Ensure the security of the hotel and guests through regular documented patrols throughout the night.
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences which support in driving Intent to recommend scores.
  • Monitor and analyse guest satisfaction survey results to ensure these continually improve.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
  • Ensure all guest complaints are resolved in a timely manner and logged correctly.
  • Anticipate guest needs to deliver an above and beyond experience.
  • Support with departmental rota’s, ordering and payroll as and when required.
  • Be fully conversant with all statutory fire, legal, bomb, health and safety procedures and to take control in the event of an emergency.
  • Assist other departments, wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships within the whole hotel.
  • Recruit, train and develop night team members and support in developing our next night manager.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have experience in a similar role or be a successful Front Desk Supervisor or Night Supervisor looking for your next step to develop their career. Experience in a hotel environment along with experience in coaching and developing team members, delivering exceptional customer experiences are preferred. You will have a warm people oriented demeanour, a gift for paying attention to the smallest details and have a positive outlook and outgoing personality.
