The Greenkeeping associate must work with both the gardens and greenkeeping departments, under the supervision of the course supervisor, deputy course manager and the golf course manager. The Greenkeeping associate is responsible for meeting the standard required for all the operational associates in relation to attitude, presentation standards for any tasks undertaken, plus their own personal presentation.

Here’s what your journey with us entails:
- To perform general repair work to all course or gardens areas, to the required standard for the area, thereby maintaining presentation and playability levels.
- To take part in project work on designated areas, for the improvement of the golf course.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Support the team to reach common goals. Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of related work experience in a customer service role.
- Hold a full driving license.
