Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
  • Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning service.
  • Be responsible for your working areas and ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
  • Attend any appropriate training courses required for you to be able to offer all treatments.
  • Keep up to date with current techniques relating to the product ranges and any new treatments.
  • To provide ultimate client care to all of our guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience.
  • To maximise revenue opportunities by offering and suggesting future treatments or products.

Safety and Company Policies:

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Support the team to reach common goals.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
