This is a full-time role, working 40 hours over 5 days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
The impact you’ll make: You’ll be the face of the hotel – the first hello and the final goodbye. From seamless check‑ins to personalised guest interactions, you’ll create standout experiences that keep guests coming back. What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire the Front Office team across Reception & Nights
