Main Duties- Leading by example with positive attitude and tone.
- Undertaking and supervising floor service, bartending, barista, hosting, banqueting service and banqueting room set ups.
- Ensuring safety and hygiene protocols are being adhered to, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Answering guest enquiries for reservations and taking any additional sales/revenue generating activities and general administration to ensure the effective running of the department.
- Creating a harmonious relationship with the culinary and back of house teams and assisting them where necessary in order to ensure that we are exceeding guest expectations with every visit.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Support the team to reach common goals.
