We have an exciting opportunity in our Conferencing & Banqueting team as a C&B Supervisor where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our conferencing and banqueting operations by supporting the smooth running of events at our hotel.

The Role

  • Promoting a welcoming, professional and guest‑focused environment
  • Communicating effectively with our guests, team members and other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Setting up banqueting and event areas, ensuring cleanliness, correct room layouts and correct setup of furniture and equipment
  • Monitoring service standards throughout events and resolving any issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, hygiene and presentation within our event spaces
  • Acting as a point of contact for guests during events, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout
  • Assisting managers with training, scheduling and motivating team members

What do you need to apply?

We are looking for a proactive and innovative person with previous experience within conferencing, banqueting, hospitality or a food and beverage environment and who has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, while maintaining a professional and welcoming approach. You will also have strong team working skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments to achieve high standards of service.
