The predicted salary is between 31500 - 33500 £ per year.
Pay Rate: £31,500-£33,500 per annum depending on experience + overtime for some hours
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time), 40 hour working week
Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 (including working weekends), must be able to work an 8 hour shift anytime between 8am-8pm (08:00-20:00)

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position.
At DHL, we manage the stock levels, customer service and distribution of these orders. We’re now looking for a Retail Shop Supervisor who will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.
- Working on the prison wing, running the store for inmates
- Loading and unloading vehicles when orders arrive at the prison
- Complying with prison rules and regulations
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Can provide three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance)
- Have experience leading and motivating teams
- Can apply their practical experience carrying out tasks in a retail or warehouse industry (such as convenience stores or similar)
- Are comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates
- Are able to work in a role that requires manual handling and regular heavy lifting
- Have good communication skills
