Shift patterns: Weekly rotation AM & PM shift. AM shift: 05:30-14:00, PM shift: 13:30-22:00. Operating Monday-Friday and working one in every four Sundays (rest day given back)

We are now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success. In our retail warehouse you will have the opportunity to support across four sections (FLT, inbound, outbound and picking).

- Lead and inspire a high-performing warehouse team by overseeing daily work, building a culture of clear communication, strong ownership and teamwork, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results.
- Drive strong operations by improving processes, using new and smart ways to boost output, and tracking key measures to push steady growth across the warehouse.
- Champion a safe, fair and supportive workplace by keeping high safety standards and making sure every team member can work with confidence and security.
