Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:00pm, Requirements to cover Lates / Nights from time to time when training requirements arise

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Co-ordinate and conduct all MHE training requirements within the Operation
  • Monitor colleague process and standards in line with training, produce and update training materials and packages and organise and deliver effective training events both in the classroom and on the job
  • Review, identify, plan and conduct training for MHE driving colleagues on site
  • Working safely and promoting H&S on site
  • Delivery of safe, up to date and fully compliant MHE training

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • RTITB or ITSSAR trainer's certification essential
  • Experienced in operating a wide range of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Reach Truck, Counterbalance, HLOP, Short & Long Forks, PPTs, and Tow Motors
  • IT literate, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
