Role
We're now looking for a Warehouse Trainer to identify, co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements within the Operation.
A Typical Day
- Produce and update training materials and packages
- Organise and deliver effective training events both in the classroom and on the job
- Conduct on the job inductions for new colleagues into the business
- Review, identify, plan and conduct ongoing training requirements for all colleagues on site
- Monitor and review the training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback
This role would suit people who:
- Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable
- Have a RTITB qualification or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to identify skills gaps and work with individuals to improve performance
- Have a train the trainer qualification
