Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Milton Keynes (MK4 3FU)
Shift patterns: Any Five From Seven , 7am until 3pm
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Salary: Β£27,322.00
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
- To track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level
- To promote, adhere to and monitor Health and Safety requirements on site, including manual handling health and safety requirements
- Support with absence cover for other Team Leaders within the operation
