About the role:

We’relooking for a new Team Leader to join our warehouse team. This is a vital role toassistthe operationof the warehouseteam andensure that company policy and expectations are met.You’llbe hands on and involved in stock checks, labelling and sorting orders, and effectively communicate messages and updates to the warehouseteam.

Key Role Responsibilities:

You willbe responsible fora team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring that paperwork has been correctly filled in when taking in deliveries – following processes throughout. Ensuring that parcels are handled with care, following procedures when working with fragile orlarge itemsto prevent damages and costs to the business.You will workalongside Supervisors and Shift Managers to create a positive and efficient working environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 or more years of experience in a Warehouse setting
• Ability to work well underpressure
• Good IT skills
• Understanding of overall network operation
