Shift Pattern: Working any 5 from 7 (predominantly Monday to Friday), 10pm-6am

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse First Line Manager to join our night operations team. This is a hands‑on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑performing warehouse environment. Working within clear operational guidelines, you'll lead your team to achieve daily targets while maintaining the highest standards in safety, productivity, and customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct effective shift handovers, ensuring smooth continuity between teams
  • Deliver engaging pre‑shift briefings, outlining priorities and daily objectives
  • Review and act on previous shift performance and operational insights
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety standards
  • Manage team productivity, ensuring targets and KPIs are met
  • Ensure all products are picked accurately and dispatched on time
  • Provide on‑the‑ground leadership, support, and guidance to your team throughout the shift
