WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your duties, while maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will: Manage the long-range planning and forecasting of volume, fleet, and resources for the R1 network alongside the cross-border planning team. Lead the EU Planning team with the operational delivery of service KPIs and financial results. Oversee planning and forecasting for the full network, including communication with customers. Deliver an integrated network approach with significant cost reduction. Manage carrier engagement and performance reviews for the subcontractor base. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
