WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
- Strategically deploy resource to ensure maximum service levels adherence with minimal cost impact
- Investigate / implement DHL initiatives through the Transport division to drive value for the Customer and DHL
- Analysis of any special delivery requests and detail impact of changes to the Network and costings
- Look at achieving costs and efficiency for the customer and service

- Previous Transport Manager experience
- Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
- Hold an International CPC Qualification (essential)
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
