Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Working any 5 from 7, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pn on rotation
Location: Glasgow – G68 9LB

We are now looking for a Transport Controller to oversee the efficient planning and coordination of our transport operations, ensuring timely deliveries, compliance with regulations, and optimal use of resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transport schedules and ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor driver performance and compliance with regulations
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment
• Previous experience in a management role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in transport management systems is a plus
