Role
We’re now looking for a Transport Admin Clerk.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Assist Transport Controllers in directing and controlling resources in the area to meet defined targets.
- Manage front desk - brief & debrief drivers runs - Tachomaster Download escalate issues to shift manager.
- Issue drivers with trip sheet, OPS13, Unit, Update flight board, update microlise.
- Monitoring and managing timed store deliveries and trunks highlighting issues to the Transport Controller.
- Maintain service schedules ensuring that all O license commitments are met.
- Action any reported defects immediately.
