We\’re now looking for a Warehouse Training Manager to lead our operations and drive success.
Responsibilities
- To ensure the site is compliant in all aspects of Mandatory and job role specific Safe Systems of Work;
- To deliver a first class induction and training programme to all new and existing staff on site;
- To undertake all activities in line with the KPI requirements for the Training department;
- Ensure compliance with DHL Health & Safety audits and foster a culture of safety through effective training and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver timely training programs to meet operational demands and enhance workforce competencies.
Requirements
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
- Previous Warehouse and processes design (Automated warehouses) – desirable
- Previous Training Experience within a warehouse
- Previous Health and Safety Experience
- Previous Management Experience in automated warehouse – desirable
- We are looking for someone to work Mon -Fri with occasional weekend work
