We\βre now looking for a Training and compliance coordinator to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Follow defined training processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and local Airport regulations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the Training is being delivered in accordance to regulatory compliance and ensure all training can be evidenced.
- Implement and execute training plans , managing trainer activity to ensure compliance and to maintain skill levels.
- Oversee the recruitment plan and airside pass process at site by collaborating with the agency providers.
- Act as key point of contact for the training team to address any training gaps or operational concerns
- Oversee recruitment requirements , attend stakeholder meetings and report on data and progress
