A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Accurately process stock movements, goods received, and dispatch documentation, ensuring inventory records are maintained within the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Prepare and manage warehouse administration, including delivery notes, purchase orders, invoices, and transport documentation.
  • Liaise with warehouse operatives, transport teams, suppliers, and customers to coordinate deliveries, resolve stock queries, and support daily operations.
  • Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain high levels of stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Produce reports, update spreadsheets, and support compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and quality requirements using Microsoft Office applications.
