DHL, an award‑winning leading supply chain business is seeking an LGV C+E Night Driver (HGV Class 1) to play a vital role in our distribution service.
What does the role entail?
- Work pattern – Sunday to Thursday
- Start time – 17:00-19:00
- Trunk from Stoke to Hull, local delivery to Melton, run back to Hull and back to Stoke – 11/12 hour shift
- Trunking of timber products – experience of strapping load required
- Single deck, curtain sided trailers
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
What do we need from you?
- You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Candidates MUST have a minimum of 6 months commercial LGV C+E experience
- Candidates MUST have experience of strapping loads – in this case timber products
- Candidates MUST live locally to Stoke ST1 5PG
