A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development.
- Maintain system integrity, Stock Control, Goods Receipt / Despatch Processes, Reverse Logistics and KPI reporting as per the agreed procedures.
- Ensuring compliance of HMRC requirements, engagement with business partners and customers to promote best in class.
- To monitor and maintain HMRC requirements and ensure they are met in full and implement change as required.
- Work closely with the operations management team to ensure the correct use of systems in place to maintain a strict and accurate stock profile.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Good understanding of HMRC requirements.
- Experience managing a team in a Warehouse setting (specifically a stock/inventory team).
- Excellent knowledge of WMS, host systems and computer systems is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
