Salary: £45,000 up to £50,000

Full-time Monday to Friday

Location: Staines, TW18

Hybrid: minimum 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Are you an HRIS expert who loves turning data into insight and improving the way HR works? As HR Systems & Data Insights Lead you'll take ownership of our HR systems, data and reporting. Combining your technical HRIS expertise with your strong analytical skills you'll optimise systems, streamline processes and provide insights that support better business decisions.

What you'll do

  • As the technical go-to for HRIS you'll manage day-to-day activities, including user support, troubleshooting, configuration and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Own the building, planning, testing, and activation of processes and workflows from test to live environments.
  • Lead HRIS projects such as upgrades, integrations and new functionality.
  • Support with system enhancements, maintenance, testing in collaboration with external HRIS vendors.
  • Ensure HR data is accurate, secure and fit for purpose through regular audits and controls.
  • Analyse complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, turning HR data into reports, dashboards and actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes across administration, payroll, training and reward.
  • Partner with HR teams, managers, suppliers and external HRIS providers to deliver effective solutions.
  • Support key annual HR processes including merit and bonus reviews, data maintenance and reporting.
  • Develop user guides, and training materials, and provide training and ongoing support to HRIS users.

What you'll bring

  • Experience working within an HR environment, and a strong background in HRIS administration, support and development is required along with:
  • Experience of HRIS configuration, implementation and testing.
  • Proven experience working with large volumes of data and combining, reconciling and validating information from multiple sources.
  • Experience creating HR reports, dashboards and management information.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, COUNTIF and IF functions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
