We’re looking for an Inventory First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success. If you’re a proactive leader with a passion for logistics, we want you on our team!
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Provide all encompassing First Line Leadership in the running of a safe and efficient dedicated operational area.
- Working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and leadership best practice for your area of responsibility and direct reports during shift working within OMS framework.
- Actively drive the engagement, performance and recognition of direct reports in your area of accountability.
- Contribute to the site health, safety and environmental meetings relevant to your site, ensuring that you action outputs and provide feedback as required.
- Ensure that you investigate all near misses, incidents and accidents with emphasis on preventing any re-occurrences and monitor the departments accident performance - sharing learning and best practice outputs.
- Ensure that you are driving quality safety monitoring processes, standards and compliance.
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing.
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team.
