What you’ll be doing
- Hospitality Communications
- Assist in the development of hospitality campaigns.
- Support promotion of events across customer and employee channels.
- Develop Sales tools to support customer nominations.
- Help manage campaign timelines and track deliverables.
- Assist with internal communications and campaign updates.
- Support reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Sponsorship Team Support
- Helping manage ticketing, hospitality programmes, and internal requests.
- Maintaining accurate records of campaigns, budgets, and assets.
- Supporting presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinating with agencies, suppliers, and partners.
- Events & Activations
- Supporting the planning and delivery of sponsorship activations and events.
- Assisting with logistics such as venues, travel arrangements, and materials.
- Playing an active role in on-site event delivery – from set-up to guest experience.
- Supporting engagement activities for customers, employees, and partners.
What we’re looking for
- A recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- A strong interest in marketing, sponsorships, events, or communications.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience in social media or content creation.
- Exposure to event planning or marketing projects.
