WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
  • To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence.
  • To track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level.
  • Overseeing Health and Safety within the warehouse, to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Have experience managing or supervising people, in a warehouse / supply chain setting.
  • Have experience managing next-day or time-critical order fulfilment processes.
  • Are computer literate with a practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct line reports.
