Pay Rate: £40,000 pa
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday – Friday (flexible availability is required as Site Lead)

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Facilities Management Expertise : Strong knowledge of facilities management practices, including maintenance, operations, and resource allocation to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Health and Safety Compliance : In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices, with the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and assets.
• Third-Party Logistics Knowledge : Familiarity with third-party logistics operations, including supply chain processes, customer needs, and effective communication with stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
• Leadership and Communication Skills : Proven leadership abilities to manage teams effectively, along with excellent communication skills to coordinate with various departments and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
