We're now looking for a Warehouse Trainer to identify, co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements within the Operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Produce and update training materials and packages
  • Organise and deliver effective training events both in the classroom and on the job
  • Conduct on the job inductions for new colleagues into the business
  • Review, identify, plan and conduct ongoing training requirements for all colleagues on site
  • Monitor and review the training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable
  • Have a RTITB qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to identify skills gaps and work with individuals to improve performance
  • Have a train the trainer qualification
