Full‑time, permanent. Core role: lead planning and coordination of cross‑border operations within the European network, ensuring seamless service delivery, optimal resource utilisation, and outstanding customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the European Planning team within the Control Tower, providing service for European inbound operations for TJX.
  • Lead the team in delivering service KPIs and financial results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner sites across the EU, key stakeholders, customers, and customs authorities.
  • Oversee carrier management, engagement, and regular performance reviews.
  • Develop and sustain two‑way relationships within the European network.
  • Manage Region1 to Region2 cross‑border movements.
  • Ensure achievement of contractual KPIs and keep partners and hauliers compliant with agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct 121s, weekly briefs, team meetings, and HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Previous team management experience is essential.
  • Experience in a Supply Chain division, ideally with a retail customer.
  • Transport planning background, especially cross‑border operations.
  • Customs experience (international or European) desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer relationship management skills at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Languages: German, Spanish or French speaking – advantageous but not essential.
