We\\\’re seeking a Regional Training & Resourcing Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- To take overall accountability for the training schedule for the entire campus, keeping up to date with technical, mandatory and refresher training for all colleagues.
- To support the content delivery team to ensure that training content is accurate and relevant to the operation.
- Work in partnership with planning, operational departments and the central resourcing team to ensure recruitment numbers are met in addition to playing a key part in their onboarding process.
- To take overall responsibility for the management of the security ID process.
- Manage a team of Training First Line Manager and Trainers.
- Identify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards, legislation mandatory requirements.
- Provide training plans to the Senior Leadership Team, airports and customer, including reports, compliance updates in line with regulatory process.
- Assist the HSES Manager in reviewing, developing and improving current practices via Risk Assessment & in line with Training content.
- To be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches
✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE
- Proven experience in a training function across multiple operational areas, including leading and managing a team
- The confidence to engage with the customer and senior management leaders
- Strong ownership mentality, with the ability to oversee and optimize operations independently
- The ability to communicate openly and empathetically with managers in a well established team
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence with the flexibility to travel to our Liverpool site on a regular basis
- Aviation experience (Desirable)
