We\’re now looking for a Regional Fleet & Compliance Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations!

WHAT YOU\’LL DO

To ensure regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, and industry standards are adhered to across both Operating centre areas of responsibility

To develop, implement and manage compliance programs, conduct audits, and monitoring training to insure the company operates within legal and ethical frameworks

To maintain records of fleet and compliance activities and ensure completion and retention of the required documentation.

To manage and steer the defect and VOR reporting processes, and ownership for the tracking of Company assets.

To identify potential compliance risk and develop mitigation strategies

WHAT YOU\’LL BRING

CPC International – required

Extensive experience in fleet management, preferable in leadership roles

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements

Excellent organisational and leadership skills
