At DHL Group, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations. We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Technician to support our Quality Control department in ensuring that our processes meet regulatory and customer expectations.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Support the Quality Control department by performing QC activities to ensure that departmental processes are followed and systems are maintained in compliance with regulatory (GDP) and customer expectations.
- Monitor and report contractual Quality KPIs as agreed with clients.
- Develop and maintain robust Quality procedures for related activities, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and operational staff to establish effective communication channels and ensure multi-departmental tasks are executed according to written procedures and in a timely manner.
- Support the quality management team with QA-related processes, including internal process audits, CAPA management, and change controls.
