DHL Pensions UK is responsible for handling UK-related pension topics, including administration and payment of benefits for past and current employees, retirees, and their dependents. We are currently seeking a DC Pensions Administrator to join our team., As a Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and call logging of DC member and 3rd party enquiries., * Assist with the administration of the Company’s DC pension schemes, including online enquiries, scanning of completed case work, call logging, and printing of email enquiries.

Support the calculation and payment of benefits, referring non-standard cases to senior administrators.

Handle correspondence, email, and telephone enquiries from scheme members and third-party institutions.

Assist with specialist project work as required.

Follow documented workflow procedures and undertake general checking and peer review responsibilities.

Maintain and develop personal knowledge and skills relevant to the role’s responsibilities.

Ensure accuracy and quality of work, complying with company procedures and industry regulations.

Achieve set targets within internal service level agreements.

Collaborate proactively with team members to ensure successful delivery of pension administration services.

GCSE/O-Level grade C or above in Maths and English.

Work experience in pensions is desirable.

2-3 years of work experience, ideally in customer service or pensions.

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

IT literate and numerate.
