Contract Type: 12 Month Maternity Cover
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, can be as early as 6am or as late as 10pm (candidates need to be flexible)

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the transport department
- Motivating drivers to achieve planned schedule and deadlines
- Ensuring 100% adherence to tachograph and working time regulations
- Operating within the company’s Operators License requirements
- Ensuring and monitoring the welfare and health and safety of our employees, customers and the general public
- Monitoring workforce attendance and conducting return to work interviews
- Controlling and managing employees rotational shift patterns
- Ensuring fleet utilisation and fleet maintenance providers are managed effectively
- Checking, confirming and recording operational statistics
