Leading the AMCoE Central Maintenance Control (CMC) and Central Rental Desk (CRD), you'll play a critical part in ensuring our fleet is safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance supporting world‑class logistics across the UK & Ireland.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Reviewing fleet‑wide performance across a 10,000‑asset operation, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to reduce the cost of maintenance and damage spend.
- Leading and supporting multiple specialist teams including Call Handling, Technical, and Central Rental Desk operations.
- Managing supplier performance and hosting robust review meetings, challenging service delivery and negotiating improved commercial outcomes.
- Collaborating with senior internal stakeholders, including VP‑level engagement, to shape fleet strategy and resolve operational challenges.
