Shift pattern: Any 5 out of 7. Shift Times: Nights, 2200 - 0600.

- Managing Performance of Areas within the Business
- Reviewing Resourcing Levels to meet Business Needs
- Monitoring KPI's and SLA's
- Following Company Policies and Procedures
- Responsible for a Team of up to 25
