DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking an Operations Account Manager to play a vital role in coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Develop and leverage constructive relationships within assigned accounts
- Act as the key contact for customers on a local level
- Coordinate the resolution of operational issues and push for process improvements
- Develop local strategies and plans for assigned accounts
