As a Network Planner, you will keep the whole operation flowing smoothly. You will be updating plans and ensuring every order that lands throughout the day is ready to roll out for the next one. You will keep planning constantly throughout the day, adjusting routes, updating schedules, and staying one step ahead of whatever comes your way. There is also a bit of finance magic involved — checking spreadsheets, making sure charges are correct, and keeping everything accurate and tidy. Additionally, you will deliver top‑tier customer service, keeping clients updated, answering queries, and ensuring everyone feels supported. It is fast‑paced, varied, and perfect for someone who loves staying organised, solving problems, and keeping things moving with a smile.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Use of Excel and Paragon systems
- Pre‑planning in advance for orders coming through
- Checking through charges and making sure they are correct
- Communicating with our customers
