Nights Transport Admin Clerk

Pay Rate: £23,809.50 plus 10% night shift allowance
Grade: RCS P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 but predominantly Tuesday-Saturday working 10pm-6am
Location: Bradford – BD5 8JZ

We are now looking for a Nights Transport Admin Clerk to support our overnight transport operations by ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining efficient communication across the team to help deliver exceptional service.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• ✅ Accurately process transport documentation including manifests, delivery notes, and driver logs
• ✅ Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• ✅ Monitor and update transport systems with real‑time data
• ✅ Resolve queries and escalation issues where necessary
• ✅ Maintain compliance with company policies and transport regulations
• ✅ Support the night shift team with general administrative tasks

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• ✅ Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role (desirable)
• ✅ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• ✅ Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ✅ Ability to work night shifts reliably and consistently
