Responsibilities:

  • Assist Transport Controllers in directing and controlling resources in the area to meet defined targets.
  • Manage front desk - brief & debrief drivers runs - Tachomaster Download escape issues to shift manager.
  • Issue drivers with trip sheet, OPS13, Unit, update flight board, update microlise.
  • Monitor and manage timed store deliveries and trunks, highlighting issues to the Transport Controller.
  • Maintain service schedules ensuring that all O license commitments are met.
  • Action any reported defects immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a transport office - desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Good organisational skills.
