  • Champion safe and compliant driving standards at all times, putting safety first in every journey.
  • Operate fully within Working Time Directive and EU Drivers' Hours regulations, ensuring legal and operational compliance.
  • Stay connected with the transport team, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout shifts.
  • Adhere to all local legislation, as well as DHL policies and procedures, with a high level of accountability.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for DHL, delivering a professional, customer-focused experience at every interaction.
  • Conduct thorough and routine vehicle checks, ensuring roadworthiness and operational readiness.
  • Safely handle and manage customer goods, including manual handling where required.
  • Deliver and transport goods efficiently, meeting deadlines and service expectations.
  • Commit to continuous development by completing regular training and driver assessments.

  • Valid HGV License C+E (Class 1)
  • Driver CPC certification
  • Ability to move product in line with H&S regulation
  • Previous experience of driving an artic truck
  • Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
  • Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions
  • Knowledge of EU driving regulations and geographical area
